So you're basically saying the only reason he is good is because of the refs? Wow this is one of the stupidest things I heard on this board in quite some time
Why do you think he fails in the playoffs? Why do you think fans hate this brand of basketball?

Theres a difference when a superstar like Westbrook gets calls. That guy is a baller.

I dont mean to call Harden useless without the refs because he is good. But hes overrated af

He will have his occasional game where hell ball without the whistle but what bball player doesnt?

Keep on watching this dude, he is no superstar. People are really underestimating those "scrubs" he played with, Moreyball, and Hardens usage rate. Without the flailing or what these stupid basketball enthusiast who think drawing a foul is a skill (this is no different than perimeter shooters falling to get to the line which I hate too), players like Harden are useless.

How often do we hear the term superstar calls? They are real and thats whats killing this game but this guy takes it passKobe level the difference is, Kobe was great WITHOUT the calls

He fails in the playoffs because his team is not built for the playoffs. It has nothing to do with Harden.

Houston never been a title contender. Everyone knows they're one player away from that at least....and the only year he really failed in the playoffs with Houston was last year. Nobody expected the 8th seeded Rockets to beat OKC 2 years ago. Last year they probably should have beat Portland and this year they're in the 2nd round where almost everyone expect their season to end. It is not his fault they don't have a championship caliber team.

First off, Harden carried a team to 56 wins by himself without any allstar help all season long.
He is one of the top 5 players in the league.

Harden wasn't great tonight, but he wasnt all that bad tonight.
He did not dominate, but he wasnt horrible either. It was a "B-" grade.
Howard played fairly decent as well.

But outside of those guys, the entire Rockets team was asleep.
I guess they just got used to Harden dominating...so when he had an average game, they did not know how to pick him up.

If anything, that shows how valuable he is to the team.
Maybe you were alseep in their last series. He was great in game 3, so was Howard. That was the game the Mavs just lay their sleeping bags on the court. Anyone watching the first series will tell you Howard and JSmoove minus the FTs were the MVPs of that series.

And keep on watching. He'll have one great game this series, others he'll get the calls. And the "scrubs" will go off

You just hate harden and it is a waste of time for anyone to talk to you about harden.

This was proven when you called him overrated & said the only reason he is good is because of the refs

Im not judging his game based on where his team ends up in the playoffs. Im talking about his individual play only. If hes one of the top 5 players in the game, then play like.

AD is a top 5 player and even tho his team was swept, he was the best player in the first round.

It is a best of 7 series. Expecting a player to play great every game of the playoffs is ridiculous. LeBron had a rough night tonight and didn't look like the best player in basketball. Chris Paul looked like garbage in game 3 vs San Antonio.

It happens

After playing poorly in games 1 & 2 vs Dallas, Harden went on to avg over 31 ppg on just 7 fta per game in games 3-5 but yeah he's only good because of the refs lmao

C'mon man. Dallas is horrible, that's light work. You and me can average 20PPG against them

That's not the point. He basically said harden did not play like a top player in the first round and that was obviously a lie as you can see

Clippers looked great. Kind of surprised coming off a brutal series. Damn Blake Griffin is really becoming a Superstar.

The Rockets played no defense and turned it over. Looks like the Cavs out there

The Clippers are not a better team than the Rockets without Chris Paul....not even close

Houston should win this game 95 times out of 100 at home without Chris Paul.

This was more of the Rockets apparently having their coach not keep them focused and prepared.

They were just lazy and assumed it would be a walk-through easy win.

That is poor coaching.

Yeah, I think there's a lot of truth to this. Probably no need to run the "mini-training camps" that Riley used to have when the Showtime Lakers had long layoffs between rounds, but the Rockets looked like they hadn't even had a practice.

Didn't expect that result. I thought after they were up double digits in the first half they felt that the game was going to be cakewalk. Really sad effort.

Griffin is beasting these playoffs. Best player this postseason by far.

The Clip are the hottest team in the NBA right now IMO. They have depth, shooters, and won without Paul. They are finally getting over the hump, it looks like

Keep on laughing dude, you will see this dude have ONE good game (he wasn't anything special in 4 or 5) and he happened to play against an atrocious defense. Josh Smith was looking like a prime MJ for fvucks sake
