Houston should win this game 95 times out of 100 at home without Chris Paul.

This was more of the Rockets apparently having their coach not keep them focused and prepared.

They were just lazy and assumed it would be a walk-through easy win.

What won this game for Clips was defense. When refs arent babying Harden, the Clips do a great job defending him. DJ washes out Howard - Houstons key to going far.

Harden is such an overrated POS I actually wanted him to win MVP so the league and voters would see how sorry he is. And BTW, hes a PG, and the 4th best PG in the league at that. Second tier.

First off, Harden carried a team to 56 wins by himself without any allstar help all season long.
He is one of the top 5 players in the league.

Harden wasn't great tonight, but he wasnt all that bad tonight.
He did not dominate, but he wasnt horrible either. It was a "B-" grade.
Howard played fairly decent as well.

But outside of those guys, the entire Rockets team was asleep.
I guess they just got used to Harden dominating...so when he had an average game, they did not know how to pick him up.

If anything, that shows how valuable he is to the team.

Harden get superstar calls just like every other superstar who doesn't sit on the perimeter and shoot jumpshots all game long. Please stop making it seem like the only reason Houston is good is because of the refs. You don't win 56 games because you have 1 PLAYER on your team who can get to the line when they want

Everyone keeps saying clips should sit CP3 game 2. I get the reasoning of already having a split and letting him rest more, and if he literally can't go he obviously shouldn't.

But, I don't agree with just giving him extra time just because you got what you came for. This is a chance to go for the kill and take both on the road. If it's 1-1 you are sti just 1 home slip up away from losing it.

If Paul is good, I go for the kill.

When he gets these calls, opponents have no choice but to play soft D on him
His flailing and flopping fool these refs
And Im not including the phantom calls he gets

Agree with all of this. There is no lock that you're going to win your 2 home games. Houston is just as good of a road team as the Clippers are and is very capable of winning away from Houston
