Theis really is an excellent defender.

very impressive possession against Lowry.

He was # 2 in defensive +/- during the regular season. I was surprised when I heard that a couple of games ago.

Not over whether or not Theis is an all-star, mind you.
Not even over whether or not Theis is one of the better 5's in the NBA.

The man has been playing great defense today and solid all series. And while he isn’t an offensive player, opens up shots in transition because of his ability to get down the court quick.

The people calling you a homer obviously have no clue what he means to the Celtics.
