247 has released a ranking of everyone's roster based on recruiting rankings. Quite honestly,
I'm shocked no one has released this kind of thing before because it's often discussed. It shows the full scope of a team's roster vs. just a year or two snapshot based on recruiting rankings:

It goes back to 2015, here's the ranks every year since 2015....with the 2017 ranking being the team's current roster ranking:
Interesting to note: Alabama has 18 five star players on their roster. The next closest team is Ohio State with 7.....
