Great game by the Ducks. Too many rookie mistakes and mental errors by USC's young guys. They showed some of Vernon Adams after the game. I don't think he missed shaking the hand of a single Trojan. Class act.

I think so as well. I really hope they go out and get the best coach instead of a USC guy, like they are saying.

Been saying all along that we don't need a big name, we don't need a "USC guy," we need a football coach. Period. Pete Carroll wasn't a USC guy, neither were John McKay or John Robinson.

Hopefully, Helton will be given a fair shake. He's done a great job pulling the team together. Getting decimated by injuries isn't his fault.

How this game plays out:

Oregon comes out and scores FAST. How fast? Jimmy Johns annoying commercial fast. USC might march down the field in response, but they settle for a FG. And what did we learn last week from Stanford? FG's don't beat Oregon.

Ducks continue to shred up that pathetic defense of the Trojans, and USC gets caught trying to play catch up with Oregon and the Ducks D gets some stops and turnovers. Trojans score a few TDs late to avoid the real embarrassment on paper.

This one will not be pretty for so cal fans. Utah and UCLA, you're welcome.
