Yeah, the big worry is getting injured and not having the security of a multi-year deal, that's for sure. If he has his usual season though, he can try to cash in big time next July.

in terms of boosting your stats going into a contract year:
- He is going to get ALL of the powerplay time
- but who they hell is going to be a finisher beyond Zegras and Terry. Next leading scorer after those two had 42 points last year.
