21 hours of craziness

Got up at 6:00am. Got home at 3:00am. What a freaking day!!!!!! The only thing missing from such a great day was a chick to go home with. Oh well, time to watch the game again.

I had to work yesterday, so I listened to it on the radio and watched a little on TV when I had time. I've got it DVR'd here at home so I'll watch the replay either tonight or tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that sir. I haven't been married in my lifetime yet, but I was engaged once and was completely blindsided.....worst feeling ever. Hang in there en sech....hope you get plenty of time with your kids.

I do not hate you Jed. One thing I know as a fact is that you and I will probably rarely see eye to eye on many issues. But things said on here is all in good fun. Until you maliciously do something to me in person, I will never hate you or anyone else on here.

You may not want my sympathy, but I do feel for you. I wish the best for you and your family.........and as you wish, we can stop speaking on this depressing topic. But just know that here on the SportsHoopla, you have several people you can talk to if you ever need it (as RA already said). Good people up in this joint.

Da SportsHoopla got me through some very difficult times.

Even though my personal conviction told me it was best that my ex and I go our separate ways, it was still a long period of ups and downs (rollercoaster ride). Having children and determining their time with each parent amplifies the situation enormously. It's where the lawyers make their money if one parent is being selfish with the kids. Unfortunately for me, my ex sees no value in a father (she didn't have one beyond 10), but sees major value in the financial windfall (child support) of having 'full custody'. This battle will continue into the Supreme Court of Nebraska.
The financial side of the split (assets) is the easy part, you take this, I'll take that.

Talking about it isn't any more depressing for me, I just want to depress anyone else. That is why I figured we should stop.

Some people may remember me in the spring saying I am taking a break from here and didn't know when I would return. It was really close to the football season when I came back (much to the dismay of many ). I popped in every once in a while in the summer but just didn't feel like talking for a while. I am still working on alot but I have come to find that following and talking about sports is my release from my shitty reality.

Like I said, I don't mind talking about but I don't want to depress anyone else.
