RBs actually win games? I thought that position was considered less important?

You need RBs that do the dirty things like pass block, run the ball to keep the D honest and catch the ball, unlike the 70's when he ran it 30 times a game.

They just don't get paid the big money.

He is getting passed over because he had horrible interviews with a number of teams, is a late decision maker, and takes way too many large yardage sacks.

He isn't a great athlete either, so he won't be able to escape the pocket to make plays. Hell, he couldn't do that in college in a 2nd tier league.
