Surprised the Packers went with a receiver, they already have 4 pretty good young receivers in Doubs, Watson, Reed and Wicks. But I think Golden is a very good player.
I bet the Vikings go secondary here

Watson will most likely miss most of 2025 with injury... maybe return November at earliest.

Doubs had 2 concussions last year and also did not show up for practice and told no one... this is his last year in Green Bay.

Reed started out strong in 2024 and disappeared Nov/Dec

Wicks did not take jump as expected...

Not surprised Packers took a WR... figured it would be CB, pass rusher or WR.

Needing a QB they took who I think is the best player in this draft in Carter & still landed one of the top QBs in this draft.

They gave up their first round pick next year. It’s high risk but the bottom line is we have to win now, we’ve had 7 losing seasons in a row and we can’t keep having them, so I’m fine with it, Pearce is a stellar pass rusher and adding in him and Walker to our D should give us a huge boost. We should be a playoff team next year.

Nope we took Penix in the first round last year. We haven’t selected a defensive guy in the first round since AJ Terrell in 2020. I love it, we have to break our streak of losing seasons and we have to have a strong pass rush after struggling for several years, it’s win now time for us

He is a unique talent.

Has an Arena League type aura, but has the arm talent to play in the NFL. And is mobile.

I just seriously question his confidence in being a true winner. Have a hard time believing he is a dude comfortable to lead and win and be the man to lead an NFL team.
