Day to Day
NFL Players Survey was released this past week.
The Patriots are rated 29th. Kraft improved the Family problems from 2024 that was an F- to C+.
Team Travel dropped to F because the private jets don't have WiFi.
Weight Room is an F because it doesn't have the size to accommodate the latest super equipment
Training Staff rated D because ......... no one's sure but it's assumed because they don't have twenty massage therapists or more medical people.
Kraft built Gillette and opened it in 2001. Here we are 25 years later and things like worn carpets in the locker room are a problems. Basically, the underlying push is that everyone wants a new stadium like LV or LA. Kraft's other son had thrown his hat into the political ring and will be running for mayor of Foxboro. Kraft has new construction of a team facility that will not be attached to Gillette. This will be the weight training and training staff area.
So the question is starting to be asked, Should the Patriots ownership build a new stadium? If Kraft does decide to build another stadium, should he pay for it? How much will ticket prices go up so that new executive suites can be built and leased for two or three million a season? You gonna bitch about $20 hot dogs and $20 beers? How about $100 parking every game?
Or should he say, "Screw You". You want a new stadium? Move to a city that will pony up a couple billion or tell Massachusetts to invest that new Millionaires' Tax into it."
