but that is unknown. Peters wants the talent right now.
Tunsil getting hurt is unknown dean . If you believe your GM knows talent like a Tunsil you have to believe he can draft them as well

Tunsil was drafted 13th overall, Wahshington is drafting 29th .... not many top 5 LTs get drafted that late.

I am all for draft picks too but go bac and look at Gibbs 1st time. Slim pickings in the draft when you are drafting that late.

Do I need a top 5 LT ? The chiefs haven’t had a top 5 LT during this entire dynasty run . And most of my mocks have quality tackles being available. The eagles left tackle was drafted in round 7 Joe Jacoby wasn’t drafted at all

Now I get upgrading from Coleman but do I need to give up 3 more draft picks to do it when 1 will suffice ?

Doesn’t my track record warrant the ability to criticize things ?

I was right about the CDC trade , I was right about giving to much up for RG Me , I was right about Dotson being overdrafted and Robinson , and Davis , stick figure , Mathis etc

not saying that but Peters knows he can't get a talent like Tunsil with those draft pics that is why he made the trade. Its a get better right now trade. Of course, there is risk in trading or drafting.

As you often say dad the forum is about debating so please stop with the criticizing routine. It's my right to feel how I feel.

Is it possible that you find a gem in the late rounds, of course. Does it happen often ... I believe the answer would be no. I pointed out that if you went back and looked at Joe Gibbs/Beathard/Casserly drafts when the Redskins a top team most years their drafts were largely crap.

Ricky Sanders and Gary Clark were FAs from the USFL They traded for Jim Lachey (12th overall pick) for Schroeder and multiple picks.Byner came in a trade for Oliphant and Riggs was acquired for a 1st and a 2nd.

I am not a guy that follows along because somewhat else said so. You get some right, you get some wrong ..... we all do. As far as Griffin goes Shark and I were the biggest detractors. Others, you included came along after Gruden laid it all out. You accused me of believing Cooley too much who was spot on from the start.

But I will leave it along since you feel like you are being criticized or my opinion does not have value. It is normally not my way to go back and forth over and over again. I'll leave that to you guys who want to repeat themselves over and over. We'll see how it works out on the field.

Did the Commanders just sign their own version of Mekhi Becton? He would be a massive guard and possibly excellent competition against the Jalen Carter's in the league. (Definitely depth at LT)
I dont know anything about him. Interested to see where they line him up in mini camp.

Quick check, he's 6'6" 322 lbs and has spent time on the Ravens, Chargers and Giants practice squads. Last year he started a few games at LT for the Broncos including a playoff game allowing one sack. His total NFL starts are seven. If they start him at guard he'd be a mountain in the middle.Interesting pick up!

I agree! I don't think it's a stretch to believe that they want a dominant offensive line. If they are looking at this guy as their own Becton, I'm behind d this 100%. The effort alone says a lot.
