Pass on Pierce
Pass on Pierce
thats right you are the Tenn guy. Is it b/c of character concerns?Pass on Pierce
No, its because he is a 1 trick pony who disappears in big games. His numbers are inflated due to his performances against non-ranked teams. Against good teams, he is held in check because he is going against equal or superior athletes. He is a solid player but was successful because he was simply more athletic than the cupcake teams TN played throughout his career. He would rely on his speed to get to the QB and bully slower Tackles who were not as skilled as he was. Watch him against the top tier teams and you will see him blend in because he was neutralized. He really just has 1 move that he uses over and over again.thats right you are the Tenn guy. Is it b/c of character concerns?

Pierce is a little standoffish but a good guy. The character issue stuff is made up IMO. I never heard anything about that in his 3 years at TN. He is not as big as you think, but is fast. I would take him in the 3rd or 4th but 1st round is silly to me.
I hope he kills it in the NFL and averages 15 sacks a year, but I doubt this happens. I will root for him if he is drafted here of course but we can do much, much better.
I would not read too much into these "expert" opinion of him because these people are mostly just random fans. I never take mock drafts seriously. These people seldom know what they are actually talking about. Emmanuel Forbes is a good example of the non-sense they spew.

good info . What do you think of Stewart from texas a &m? looks like a boom/bust type player
Personally, i think we can do better than Stewart in the first. Not impressed with any of his numbers and i know i keep asking but isn't he hurt, like now
I don't know anything about him.good info . What do you think of Stewart from texas a &m? looks like a boom/bust type player
I haven't seen 1 TN fan back up the whole "character" thing about Pierce. I have no idea where it came from or why someone said it. It makes no sense.Wow, i actually love this breakdown. I thought he was a total jerk, i can also believe the 1 trick pony thing, especially since he runs a 4.4
I don't know anything about him.
You are going to find out that its impossible for a pundit to be an expert on 500 prospects. As such, everyone parrots each other and claims to be the source of truth to appear credible.
I don't pay attention to mock drafts because these people have no clue what they are talking about. Mock drafts are your type of thing, but I find them annoying.
It should be , nice draftThis may be my favorite.
I really like what DB Jaylin Smith could bring to the Commanders. He could play outside corner well and allow Sainristil to play slot corner. He is very similar to Sainristil; a good tackler and versatile.
