Also DC why you think Tyler Badie will not be back ...Mason seemed to hint differently

The fact they still haven't opened up his 21-day window to return when there is only a few weeks left in the season is not the best sign ever. Maybe they are saving him for the playoffs but tough to put somebody back in at RB when they have missed most of the season and trust them to handle the ball well.

I would love that! He was the only RB so far this season that seemed to have some consistent vision when given a chance. The OL has done a pretty darn good job run blocking. I think they are 5th in run block win rate so far this year, but our RB's have been some of the worst in the entire league at taking advantage of good blocking.

I would add Mason was grinning like he knows something we do not ...you can tell they are walking on egg shells making what little of a statement .

Meaning I believe he is ready .

They would definitely know more than any of us. I hope that is the case. If the Broncos could have a decent run threat they could really make some noise in the playoffs.

I agree he might save our season with bad weather .

When Alex was at Center William was productive .

Two Horns that Id like to see us draft are Michael Taaffe at safety late day 2 early day 3, and TE Gunnar Helm in the 2nd/3rd round if Loveland and Warren are gone.

Pretty sure those are both people and not horns, what a weird thing to say

Taaffe is a Payton player. I like Helm too. I have to look at his blocking a bit closer but he can catch... With Payton you have to be able to block at TE. He wants no Dulcich's or Tony Schefler types.

Yeah, he's 6'5", 240, 4.5 guy who plays every down. He's really good with down field blocking, but on the line since Texas uses swing/wheel/screen passes as part of their running game right now its hard to find him on the line. Might be easier to look at some of his blocking from 2023, where he replaced Sanders on running plays. Of course he's not nearly as strong or athletic as he is now.

Taaffe is definitely a Payton guy. Hard worker, decent speed a great tackler with good ball catching skills. Can play in the box, and plays some dime backer. He'd be a demon on ST's for a year and likely break into starting year 2. Walk on to all SEC Sr is pretty damn impressive.

I really like Oklahoma S Billy Bowman. Great ball skills (don't get excited @LGM) and great range. Plays the run well. I think he ends up going higher then people think come draft process time.

I hope my Boomer Sooner @SpringStein will agree with me as we have hit the Oklahoma pipeline recently with Turner-Yell, Bonitto, Mims... What's one more???

So what you are saying is that Turner Yell will be the next Bronco to emerge next season. Seems to take the Oklahoma boys a year or two to catch their footing.

I like all of the O line on Boise state but the Center and all the Right side are bull dozers
