what was his social media?
Arizona WR and potential top 10 pick Tet McMillian says he doesn't like football or watching film. Adds he never watches it on his own. Is this concerning to you or no big deal? “I don't watch football,” said McMillan, “I don't ever need to watch [film] by myself because we go over it as a receiver group

Now I see it. Thanks for posting. But that was only a few days ago. His perceived “drop” was due to his 40 time I think and was only by those who post mocks. mocks are the ones that dwell on those types of things because they don’t actually watch every player much more than the average fan. Anyone think these guys putting out mocks focused on every OL that may go in the draft or even just those expected to go in the first round for more than a bunch of highlight plays? Heck even just the top rated guy or two? I sure don’t.

Those comments about film may hold more weight with coaches though so that is something to ask him about. Now if his point is simply that he watches hours and hours of film with his WR group and then not by himself in addition to that I’d say that is true of most WRs in the draft. Not liking football is a comment I’d worry more about personally. I’d say he is going to get asked about that by a lot of teams and how he answers may go a long way to him being a top 10 pick or being a guy who freefalls on draft day.

I think him saying he doesn't like the game is a red flag. If that's true he probably hangs up his cleats early.

There's a video he posted talking about he doesn't really like football and hates watching film
Not good. NFL fans don't want a player that says that type of stuff on their team I hope we don't draft him now.

Remember when Mazi said that he did not like football and just wanted to hit people? I am still waiting for Mazi to hit somebody.

tMac could have a TO type effect in the Locker room

Golden could go sooner now. This means Dallas may need to chose between Burden and Ebuka.. I like both. Between these two Ebuka had a much better QB throwing throwing him the ball. I felt Burden stats would have been better if he did not have trash throwing him the Ball. I'm leaning either Burden,Egbuka ,Johnson and Barron.

Total red flag like you say ,especially at pick 12. I don't think this is shottys type of guy. I want a guy that likes foot ball.

Did you hear the quote yourself or read about the quote? There is a difference between a guy who doesn't like "watching football" and a guy who doesn't like "playing football". He said he doesn't like "watching football". After reading up on it and watching the video of what he said, I have little issue with it. I took it for what he said and that he just doesn't like watching football. He never says he doesn't like playing football. It was also from his Freshman year and while he was in the middle of his lunch. I don't even know if he meant what he said. I could care less if a guy goes home and watches other games on tv or not.

I'm sure any team looking at him will talk to the coaches at Arizona about this and get a feel for him. These coaches don't BS the NFL teams about things like this when they talk and usually at least one coach on the team will have a connection or indirect connection to someone on a lot of these college staffs. If the discussion with the coaches turns up something negative I'd absolutely pass for sure. You can't risk it at 12 with so many other great players, but I didn't see anything in that video that would make me worry. The only concern I have with him is will he get separation in the NFL. If he does he is a #1. If he doesn't he is a #2.

I'm with you on Mazi. I have no problem at all with Mazi or Guyton start this year, but I wouldn't hand it to either one of them. Bring in someone and let them compete

I have heard some say including himself (if you like self confidence) That Egbuka just might be the best WR in this year.
He wont be drafted 1st but I have heard he might be the top guy when the dust settles.

When a freshman WR on your own team is not just better than you, but WAY better than you it makes me wonder about that confidence and what it says about you  . On the other hand...that freshman WR was IMO the best WR in the Country last year and about as much of a sure thing NFL superstar as you can get, so you can also say putting up good stats as a #2 at OSU shows he can do it in the pros as well, because he won't IMO be a #1 in the Pros. I just don't see any way he is one of the 12 best players in this draft on any NFL teams board or really even top 20. Will we draft for need and force WR at 12? I wouldn't be surprised. Might we have him as the top WR in the draft? I hope not personally, but again I wouldn't be surprised. My biggest issue with WR overall this year is that I don't think any of these guys would have even been a first rounder last year other than Hunter of course but he is a CB in my book.

in my potato couch opinion Egbuka is the best WR in this draft. The Zona wide seems to be TCU's Johnson two years ago. May take a few years where as Egbuka looks ready to produce day one.

make no mistake.
I personally dont want WR at 12.

Just some talk of all the WRs. thought I would throw that out there. (food for thought)

He's a lot like Amari Cooper IMO. Now elite traits, but a fantastic route runner

I will say, the freshman is better than any freshman I've ever seen, Randy Moss included

Egbuka though played the majority of his snaps as a slot receiver. He did a great job at that role . I am having problems choosing. I really like Burden as well. Burden had a down year due to catching passes from a terrible QB. A lot of the experts think the Cowboys take a wideout. But is this the best thing to do at 12? If I am picking at 12 I want a #1 receiver. Not a number 2.

Then I got other guys on my mind as well. I know Nolen is set to visit . Nolen is a guy that I think if motivated could wreak havoc. Nolen had 6.5 sacks and not a one trick pony. He can also stop the run better than any DT on the Cowboys roster. They could draft Nolen and bench Mazi. Nolen stops the run. Mazi don't stop a damn thing!!!

Then there is Warren. Then Simmons. I got like probably 5 or 6 players I would have no problem with drafting . Then Barron,Campbell also on my mind.

You know i am a BPA guy. If they really want to pick for "need"...WR McMillan, CB Johnson, RB Hampton (Jeanty will be gone) or personal fav, Michigan DT Grant, the best NT in the draft by a ways. Probably value in teens, but he won't miss at 12 IMO
