Emmanwori put on a show today.
why?Dart!! Like hearing that.
Jeanty. I've mentioned my reasons beforeWe all have our opinions of who we "want" them to draft in round one.
What we want don't matter to the Jones's.
My question is who do you think they draft?
I think the want either Will Johnson or T. McMillan. Both potential All Pros IMO. Both look like studs Both position dire needs. We got Lamb and Bland and not much behind them. Diggs could be done as an NFL player IMO.
I would be very ok with either. Johnson would be electric playing next to Bland. McMillan is the type of outside receiver they have needed in forever
Exactly. Taking one DT (or signing one in free agency but we know that isn't an option) is a must, but taking two is the smart move assuming there are guys out there that we like when we are on the clock and I think there will be and that assumes we sign Osa. If we don't then two becomes a must. Mazi has just flat out stunk so far. Every year there is a different guy we wait on to break out in year 2 or 3 and it seldom happens once you get beyond year 2. It's not like how Parcells meant it when a lot of early picks barely played their first year. Mazi certainly might end up a player but if you build your roster assuming it will happen you are an absolute moron.based on how he has played so far. The move to me is to sign a good free agent DT, resign Osa if it's reasonable and then grab a DT early. Year after year after year we struggle against the run and we keep ignoring the position or drafting busts at DT. The two things are 100% related. If we resign Osa, the guy i would love to see is Kenneth Grant, DT Michigan, 6'3" 339. Shut down that run game. It wouldn't break my heart to see them go DT twice in the draft after resigning Osa. Take your team weakness and turn it into a strength
