Sure just more difficult to find. Honestly, just more luck involved. The top 3 could all be busts. Makes a huge difference for those bottom teams which sucks. For the rest of the league not a huge difference. You better have great scouting and developmenteven the worst drafts this century produced at least 3 all stars.
Just means you need to be better at scouting them out.
You don't have a Wemby for a flagg more than once every few years anyway. But there are guys who are second or third dudes on title teams here.

Stupid take. Draft is just as strong as any outside the top 5 or so. It's a pretty level field for most of the 1st round.
Anyone real good around pick 28 I should be hoping for for Denver?
Yea, DaRon Holmes from Dayton or bust. Well, or trade out of round 1.Anyone real good around pick 28 I should be hoping for for Denver?
I haven't looked into that range much with the Lakers picking before and long after (17 and 55).Anyone real good around pick 28 I should be hoping for for Denver?
I’d love to see trading Jackson, Nnaji, and 28 for a vet.I'm curious what denver does
they might be better off trading the pick with Nnaji's deal and trading for a veteran who can help them day 1.
I don't expect him to last until 28 (hoping the Lakers take him if Holland and Carter don't fall to them).Yea, DaRon Holmes from Dayton or bust. Well, or trade out of round 1.
