I would think that they could keep Bosa if they can't trade him bc they gain the least from releasing him. Only gain $14M on $22 dead cap.

By releasing Mack they save $25M, Keenan $23M, Williams $20M

A ton of teams would be interested in Mack but playing alongside another great pass rusher would benefit him as well at his age
