I think I saw a couple of people here say he did not have elite arm talent. Could be wrong. Hitting a crossbar at 80 yards doesn't make you a good QB but it does say you have arm talent.

I've been on record here, and I would say I have watched him play more in college than anyone on here, coming out of college, I would choose Howell over Maye every time. The only thing Maye has over Howell is height. Howell has a better arm, and is a better runner than Maye. Maye goes down to easy on hits in the backfield. He goes down on first contact and it doesn't even have to be hard contact. I'd rather trade for Fields with a 2nd round pick, draft Marvin Harrison at 2 and then let Howell and Fields battle it out.
If they really feel like they need to lockdown that left side maybe they package 36 and 40 to move back into the 1st and grab one.I hope Morgan is there at #36 but I think he could go late 1st.
