How much $$ did Penix lose tonight.

Injuries would definitely be a concern, he was ducking while throwing. The NFL will look a lot more like tonight than what Penix went up against last week.

Penix has three receivers that will be playing on Sundays. Missed open receivers and seemed flummoxed by the pressure as the game went on.

You'd think McCarthy didn't help himself a lot either.

I guess you never know though ... teams talk themselves into drafting QBs high just like Snyder wanted Wentz so bad he gave more than he had to. Tonight that makes me laugh.

Penix is out of the first round, once he nor his line could handle the pass rush he was average.

I don't have a favorite. I watched Penix against Texas and he looked great .... different guy tonight with pressure and a better defense. I just can't see him standing up to the hits in the NFL.

Penix was less than average in his three years in the big 10. His two years in Washington have been good. Last night was a one off as you mentioned but some sort of injury happened again. He was ducking while throwing in the game. He was rushing throws because he felt pressure and missing badly.

You are right, it is one game but it didn't look good. He is still going to get a chance and who knows I could be dead wrong last night being a huge side but it would make you wonder. He'll have a chance in workouts to impress people soon.

In Ben Johnson's offense, the QB is under center quite a bit. It seems everytime I see Caleb he's eight to ten yards behind the line of scrimmage. Have a feeling that's for vision purposes.

USC has him at 6'1.

I can't wait to see Jayden's 40 time at the combine and Caleb's height measurement at the combine.
