Only three quarterbacks have won a Superbowl and a Heisman. They are Paul Hornung (he didn't play in the Super Bowl the year he won it due to injury), Jim Plunkett and Roger Staubach.

This is exactly my concern. Reaching for a QB just because the pundits say we should. Everyone QB in the draft has flaws. Clearly Caleb Isn’t lifting up and carrying his team. He’s not tearing up the college ranks with overwhelming success. Now, if he’s there in the second round, jump all over him. But we need a difference maker at his position with that first pick. OL appears to be where the difference makers are in this draft.I like Caleb Williams, so don't misconstrue what I'm about to say:
USC went 7-5 with Williams this year, 4th in PAC12.
He's won zero bowl games, didn't make CFB playoffs once.
Precisely *because* the team around him was filled with gaps.
A good QB doesn't solve everything.
Agree I think he is massively overratedYikes
I'd be floored if Harrison Jr. isn't elite. Don't see him getting past Arizona though. I've been hearing for a while that their number one goalis to replace Hopkins with MHJ. Could be smoke.I think Harrison Jr., Fashanu or Alt seem like pretty sure bets. My guess based on draft history one or two QBs could be good to very good.
We argue about top 10 QBs all the time. If three guys were even top 10 each year QBing would be much different.
