The thought that keeps running thru mind is why draft the 3rd best QB. Get a lineman.

Because people forget. They forget that over 50% of first round QBs fail. They forget what a setback it is to reach and whiff with that 1st rd pick. But most importantly, they forget that what we have is better than the 3rd best QB in the draft. It is KC all over again.
Patience people. Developing a young QB takes time. There will be ups and downs. But don’t fuck yourself just because that shiny new tow looks better in the store. Because once you get it home, history dictates that it usually isn’t any better.

people think this will be a quick turn around . it wont , i say 3 yrs without a set back . if we do everything right . and we wont .

My take is it is at least two years. Three years in the NFL is a long time. Allen and McLaurin will be 30-31. I would expect at least 50% and probably more turnover in personnel.

Bunch of teams might be calling us for Drake Maye if Arizona takes Harrison Jr.

Gonna need NE to beat the Jets in the finale though. SOS takes a turn in their favor moving forward. Don't see Belichick losing his last game as a Patriot at home.

We are three now, but based on the schedule the SOS will probably change in the Pats favor. Probably gonna need Pats to beat the Jets.

If that happens and the Cardinals beat the Seahawks in their finale, Skins would be at #2.

Unless the Skins do something stupid and beat Dallas.

I dunno I think even if it plays out nothing changes the Patriots have a slightly stronger schedule so Washington should stay at 3
