This seems silly to I will attempt to out line my thought here.From different people it's being said that the Patriots interviewed 21 different people for the OC position. More than half supposedly said that they didn't think that they could rebuild such a mess in less than five years. Pretty much says that they didn't want to attempt that kind of challenge.
Others said that they could do it but had to have significant input into the next two/three drafts. Others just didn't fit. Like it or not, the young up and comers don't have much self-confidence or balls big enough to take on responsibility of a really tough job.
I'll accept a guy who's willing to stick his head in a noose like Foxboro.
1. Drafted O line the last two year, they should begin to meld. Would a LT be a nice pick up? Sure and may be the one piece on the line we really need.
2. Lot's of cap space I have said this multiple times. Get Evans and Ridley then draft WR talent after round 4.
3. Secure at least Duggar, Henry and if possible Onwenu.
Draft;
1. QB
2 LT
3 Edge / CB
4 TE / RB
4, CB / Edge or WR
