BB loves players that practice hard. Some of the (unknown) players he brings in just may be guys he knows are hard workers. Those guys make the whole team better even if their don't have enough to be on the field Sunday.

BB loves players that practice hard. Some of the (unknown) players he brings in just may be guys he knows are hard workers. Those guys make the whole team better even if their don't have enough to be on the field Sunday.

It shows the more naturally talented guys that they can be replaced by hard work if they don't step up.
