I get that but with the construction of the lakers roster, him playing pf is going to take minutes away from a good player while increasing minutes for a not so good player

I agree.

That is a balance the coaching staff going to have to figure out.

Maybe Christian Wood gets most of his minutes ay center.

I think a healthy and strong AD is more important for the Lakers postseason success than a high seed.

At this point I’d like to see the guy say one thing publicly, “I’d like to stay healthy for a whole season”. Say what you want in private.

Surely That has a lot to do with why he wants to play PF.
