And he is expiring.

So teams will absolutely be willing to take him on. And even attach assets of the 6ers we’re willing to take back longer term deals.
Yep. There’s the rub. They’ll potentially get back serviceable players but they’ll be on 3-4 years left on their deal kind of situations. For the right players, I’m in.

Show me where I said he wouldn’t start?

I’ll wait. Thank you
"Hard to value players in these days with these salaries but $20M seems a bit much. Looking around the league there are bench players making $16M so in that sense, I get it"

I gotta say, grilling steaks to the sound of home made ice cream making is a pretty good gig.
Enjoy it! Wifey’s friend’s kid had a graduation party. I’m fucking hammered. Wifey had to drive home. She’s ignoring me right now. I don’t blame her. I will go to bed wearing the cone of shame. Apparently, people haven’t seen as many episodes of the Chappell Show as I have. Nobody got the I’m fucking up your couch reference.

Reading comprehension isn't your thing I see...nowhere in that comment does he say anything about Brooks starting/not starting

He is simply saying he understands the 20M number since there are bench players making 16....That comment lone should have indicated he expects Brooks to start

Heat signed their 1st round pick today which indicates he won't be involved in a possible Dame deal.

Again, where did I say it? I only said some bench players make close to that. Meaning the contract isn’t great but not awful.

No matter what Westbrook could have garnered, he has already made it known, he really doesn't want to leave LA. Besides, the dude still has a rep as a franchise killer and his locker room decorum is not a very good selling point for Mr. I got it!

your right- when he actually wasnt healthy he didnt make the playoffs. not sure he is gonna get more healthy as he gets to 40

Healthy at 38, he led his team to the WCF...

as opposed to...you know...getting beat in the 1st round by the Knicks.
