That would be moronic to sign OBJ also with a cap. In what world would spending big dollars on a #4 WR be smart? Plus you will pretty much piss off all of your WRs. I'm not even sure why they signed Robinson unless Woods won't be ready for the start of the year. I'd imagine that money would be better used elsewhere. But hey, I guess when you go 4 wide you can do some damage.
