Why? By the time Houston is a serious threat Watson could be on his 3rd tean via Free agency. Get the best package and don't worry about where you trade him to.

Normally Id call you crazy for suggesting that someone would want to part ways with a top 5 or so QB but his personality might be so offputting that you could be right.

It sounds like the Saints are a clear frontrunner, not surprised. Maybe they can somehow mend thr Baker thing to stick it out one year but I give it less than a 5% chance. Apparently if Baker didn’t make the playoff last year they were looking to trade him so this is not a new idea. They probably go after a very good bridge QB like Winston and try to get 2023 picks. Couple them to move up and select a QB in 2023…who knows. If Carr was available then they would trade for him.

Bills front office has been one of the best and Jags one of the worst in recent years. If the Bills dumped him and the Jags paid him then all signs point to this being a mistake.

He had his moments last year for the Raiders, but that still seems like an overpay. Maybe he is finally coming into his own, but that's a gamble (unless the guaranteed money is low).

This move is still a head scratcher to me. Hekker is one of the best at pinning opposing offenses inside their own 20. You don't get rid of a weapon like that on your team

He was middle of the road last year inside the 20, but top paid punter. Rams don't fake punts much anymore, so that ability is wasted, but still being paid for. 25th in average yards per punt. He was top 5 in net though.

He's the guy I was hoping my Vikes would target. Yes a little steeper than I would have guessed too. But he really was the best of what's left unless you want to get old with Chandler Jones or possibly injured with Z Smith.
