Honestly, of all of the prospects expected to go top 50, Hooker is the one I expect to bust the most. But Im also man enough to know Im completely biased when it comes to SEC QBs and hitting on a QB in rd2 would pretty much be hitting the jackpot.
You could be right, but I sure disagree. Tennessee was 3-7 the year before he got there. Went 11-2 this year. Kid threw for 58 TD's and 5 picks in 2 years vs SEC competition

The surprise of the draft to me is the Seahawks trading up 3 spots to get Hendon Hooker.

Why?
2 reasons. The Seahawks have a ton of picks, and I don't mind giving up a 5th to get the guy I want. 2nd, I nearly took him with the Seahawks 2nd first rounder, but Murphy was too good to pass up. If I were a Seahawks fan and their first 3 picks netted Jalen Carter, Myles Murphy and Henson Hooker, I'd have to go jerk off somewhere

I thought the point of a Hooker was that you wouldn't need to.....never mind.

Let's be real... You would probably have to go jerk off somewhere regardless of who Seattle picks.

I can mention it now because both guys are off the board. I think Hooker will be a better QB than Levis. It wouldn't surprise me if he is better than any of the QBs that went in round 1

Personally I have something against any team that drafts a late first round qb or a second rounder.

I think you either invest or draft a backup. I just don’t like playing games with qbs.

I will be honest, I had Mazi Smith penciled in for the raiders as they need the run stopper. I am ok with Bresee though, while not the run stuffer that is ideal, he can play a role similar to Richard Seymour in a 3-4. Play end in base to help open up Crosby and Jones, while moving inside on clear pass rushing downs,

Drew Brews and Lamar Jackson both went 32. Not always the top guy that pans out

I was back and forth between the two. I thought there were less true noses later on, but Bresee was a bit higher on the prospect list, imo. Not enough to sway the pick, but a little better.

Many ways to skin that cat, milk sir

Drew brees, aaron rodgers, jalen hurts

Can't always be at the top of the draft, and later than the 3rd you are really picking through the shitter.

Mazi can't miss. Bresee needs to put it together still.

I just realized with the two teams I have I have ZERO picks in Round 1 or 2 with both teams. I mean I knew it but I didn't think about it being the case with SF as well.
