After he got injured, he just stopped developing.

Let's see. The Lakers signed earlier Gabriel and Johnson. We drafted and added a bunch of youngsters like Christie, Pippen Jr, O'Neal Jr. Today we add Damian Jones, Johnny Walker Red, IV, Brown, Tuscano-Anderson. We have yet to sign Reaves, Jones, McClung. Yep, we got younger and maybe more athletic as has been mentioned. But some of these signees can't shoot worth a damn. Typical Lakers.
