Not bad but our LB situation is still horrible and still lacking depth in alot of areas

Maybe that is part of the reason we had the 25th ranked defense this year/ JDR has to make some type of adjustment out there. Its either lack of talent or scheme....I think its probably both.

Maybe it is free lancing since the owner doesn't back coaches.

Do you guys realize you have blamed almost every coach in 22 years?

I am NO fan of Snyder and literally think he is the worst owner in the NFL PERIOD.

That being said, Snyder is NOT calling the defensive plays/schemes, signing the free agents, and appointing starters. He obviously dabbled in the selection of Haskins (RIP), but there is no evidence he is coordinating draft strategy with Rivera.

Previous coaches, yes, they probably had 1 hand tied behind their back, but not Rivera. He has created his own mess going into year 3. Snyder did NOT assemble Rivera's coaching staff, bring in Mayhew, dictate the 2022 offseason strategy, or cut the players. This is on Rivera.

The sooner he goes, the better. I was against this call when it was made and everyone here knows that.

It does not change the fact that Snyder interfers. You rarely see players disciplined such as Young for running 15 yards up field with no thought of making a move.

I know you don't like RR and I was not a huge fan of the hire either. It does not change the fact that every two or three years the fans want to change the coaching staff. The problem is and has always been Snyder.

As far as proof regarding Snyder there never is any, it is always rumors or insinuations.

I am not sure how much or does he even interfere. As you said, there are always rumors.

I am ok with Rivera as a coach. I realize that we cannot attract top talent because of our disorientation as an overall organization. Not a lot of people want to work with Snyder. That being said, he is a substandard coach but that is where we are at right now.

My main beef with Rivera is his front office decisions. He should be nowhere near a front office and has proven that. He simply has no idea what he is doing. It appears he hired a bunch of "yes men" to do his bidding. I can honestly say that going into year 3, I am less optimistic about this team than I have been in almost 20 years.

He and Christian Watson are going to be solid. I wish we had another 2nd or 3rd rounder. We need to beef us this offense.
Gotta trade down it's really the only reasonable option at this point with so many holes

I agree my friend. It takes 2 to tango but we HAVE to try. Again I have zero faith in Rivera to get this done.
