Reseeding or not does not affect home court. The team with the better record gets home court always. I guess you are saying that the Sixers should now be in the 2 spot and not playing the Celtics yet? If so I disagree.

That is what I'm saying. I always find it more fair for the team with the best remaining record to play the team with the worst remaining record

They're going to need to beat the better teams eventually in most cases, ultimately doesn't matter much.

That’s why I say once you beat a team you get their spot. I wouldnt feel that way if you could somehow get home court against a team with a better record but it’s not like that.

I don't know about "amazing", but letting Giannis "get his" while holding everyone else down is a viable strategy.
