That's a really good one. Some of my all time favorite skits are...

-celebrity jeopardy

-two wild & crazy guys

-the continental

-mr. robinson's neighborhood


There are others. But those were the ones I thought of without looking up names of SNL skits. Oh yeah. Not sure the name of the skit, more cowbell maybe? That's another good one.

Shame Jim Carey couldn’t have been in the movie adaptation as well

Great list...I'd add More Cowbell, McGruber, the Wayne's World Aerosmith/Tom Hanks one, the Sarah Palin (Tina Fey) Katie Couric interview, the Cheezburga Cheezburga cafe, etc

Yeah the Jim Carrey one was the best version of that. That whole episode he hosted was top level.

I agree with you about Celebrity Jeopardy too, that's their best one, lots of great impressions, funny writing, etc. Tom Hanks was great on that. And he also hosted a separate great skit called Black Jeopardy

Hanks was probably the best host ever.
