i just saw the "snag" between Hamilton and NJD but i think it can be done quickly.

There it is, defense looking real solid. Wouldn't mind another vet, depth guy but that top 4 is looking nice with the Hamilton and Graves additions and Ty Smith heading into year 2.

What’s up guys. Solid day. Overpaid for Hamilton but I think they had to. Bernier helps especially with how streaky Blackwood can be. Can’t complain. When does season start?

I look at it this way. If they just signed Chase De Leo and Bernier the grade is C- at best. More likely a D.

I think he'd be solid but not worth an overpay. Also for Hamilton, $9 per is the going rate for number 1 defenseman and he's that. Seth Jones getting $9.5 is wild.

I believe he was healthy scratch so either didn't fit their system or too much of a defensive liability, don't know.
