Continuation of the Reggie Miller rule (and Kobe and everyone else that used to kick out a leg to draw contact).

The more that foul hunting can be eliminated and people get back to just playing straight up basketball, the better. Easier on the refs, too. I think the jump shot landing rule needs some scrutiny too (no extreme jumping forward, back, or to either side should draw this foul IMO).

Did they say if he was showing symptoms? All I've seen so far is that he's in the protocols. From what I read, it looks like if it's just contact tracing, it would likely be a short amount of time under the adjusted protocols. But if he's showing symptoms, the old protocols apply and he could be out for awhile.
