Portland can make a nice early season statement if they can beat a very angry Clippers team on Wednesday assuming Kawhi is over his cut lip and able to play......
Looking like a blazers win
The Lakers fade in the fourth to lose to the Blazers on a B2Ber. Early in the season still and the schedule is sort of weird with these stay-in-one-place-and-play-the-opponent-twice, covid-related silliness games.
How is that silly? I think it is a great idea to limit the travel during the pandemic. If you're in LA then yes you should play the Clippers and Lakers. If you're in NYC then you should play the Knicks and Nets
Lee should be starting....Oubre off the bench as a 6th man makes sense. If the Warriors are able to win tonight against the Pistons, they'll be able to have come away from this initial road trip 2-2. Given the opponents of the first two games (the total score not withstanding) I think that would have been the plausible outcome from the beginning.
I want to see three things tonight from the Warriors:
1) Defensive energy from the jump.
2) More high on-ball screens for Steph.
3) Oubre to knock down a 3, just for his confidence.
Dinwiddie is a far better player than James ever was.I wonder if Spencer Dinwiddie will replace Mike James' status as perceived poster child for least impressive players to average 20 PPG in a season.
Nobody is surprised. Great locker room guy and just a guy in general but the Cavs have pretty good depth and I love Nance in that PF/SF role. I will say the position with the least depth on the roster is PF. Would like them to at least look for a possible trade even if they don’t get much in return, best bet would be looking next offseason though, might be a lost cause at this pointCavaliers' Love out 3-4 weeks with calf injury
Cavaliers forward Kevin Love will miss at least the next three to four weeks with a calf injury, the team announced Tuesday.www.espn.com
They didn’t pay Oubre $15M to come off the bench...it’s been 3 gamesLee should be starting....Oubre off the bench as a 6th man makes sense.
I mean, most of us made Finals' predictions before seeing any games. After 2 games you were saying the Nets would make the Finals....LMAO.
I think Nance will definitely play a D. Green role...but will shoot better and not be a loon. I doubt they do anything to improve the PF spot and will just keep playing Wade and Nance there. Teams will also go small at times and could have Osman or even Okoro at the 4.Nobody is surprised. Yep better shooter than Green but Green a better defender. Still Nance makes those little plays that don’t get much attention. His shot has been SO improved.I think Nance will definitely play a D. agree with the first comment. Guess difference is Nance is a quality defender while Green an awful shooter.Yep better shooter than Green but Green a better defender. Still Nance makes those little plays that don’t get much attention. His shot has been SO improved.
Nance is the definitely of a glue guy, in case @HurricaneDij39 wanted to know.
