I think it's time to look at options to move Oubre who's just been atrocious all year. It's unfortunate that Marquese Chriss went down with his leg injury because he would be a major factor for this team. He was really coming into his own last year.
i liked Chriss when he did his stint with the Cavs. he seems to have the potential to develop into a rotation guy.

but i think they need more than just a development rotation guy.

I don't necessarily think Chriss is still a development guy, but more so just a solid rotational big. Spot starter, but mostly a bench guy. And he can carve out a long time role in that capacity I think. He's already at a rotation player caliber imo right now. Not sure how much higher his ceiling will go but right now he could immediately help in a big way.

I've been scouring the trade machine all day looking for trades, but I don't really see any out there for the Warriors. Cody Zeller maybe? Honestly I would love to get Boogie back since Wood has taken off over there and let him see what he can do now.

not only that but the Warriors rebounding as a team is atrocious. They need a legit NBA big man to add to the rotation if they have any chance at winning a playoff series this year.

outrebounded by the Celtics 36 to 51 last night.

when Draymond or Wiseman sit out their rebounding goes from bad to non-existent.

they hit 15 threes in that game- shot 40% from 3....almost doubled the Celtics assists- and lost. I bet they have not had many games like that the last 7 years where they have those kind of stats and lose. Giving the other team 15 extra possessions hurts.
They don't need to win a playoff series this year though.

I think that's too harsh on Oubre he's had some good games. But yes try to get something better

Agree 100% on Chriss they need his size

He was -25 in a 4 point loss. Next closest were Damion Lee and Wanamaker at -11.

The rest of the starters:
Steph was +4
Wiggins was +10
Looney was +5
Draymond was +7

Warriors have some awesome tradeable assets.

They can get another star if they want to package Wiseman, Minny pick and Oubre + some small salary guys.

But I don’t know that the player they need is actually available.

Again, one game. He's had some good games too. He plays good defense as well. He's not garbage or even close to that

Right, you only give up Wiseman if you get back a star who fits so well they are locks to contend. Doubt that person is out there. I have no problem waiting another year to see what this team looks like with Klay, and Wiseman more experienced, and Wiggins even better

No.

You have to look at context.

There is a huge difference between a guard who takes 6-7 3s a game shooting poorly and a big who shoots 2 3s a game.

The problem is though, you wait you lose Oubre’s salary to deal.

Deal him with the Minny pick for depth, keep Wiseman

hes a min. guy that has been on like 7 teams.

those arent "solid rotational guys"

but its been pretty apparent mine and your definition vary significantly there.

This.

They need help on the bench.
Right now Oubre is actually a bench guy but they can improve him with the Minny pick. I want to keep Wiseman at all costs

Your definitions depend on the team being discussed
