Heat/Hornets is like a regular season game. Teams playing regular season rotations into late 3rd. Have yet to see end of bench/g-league player in yet lol

Yep it is one or the other. Rumor is the next likely Mayor in NYC may be more lenient and allow an exception but he will not be in office until January and find it hard to believe that will be 1st on his to do list.
