I can’t believe Beal is looking at this and honestly assessing that he should stay. They have little flexibility and have essentially swapped out Russ for Dinwiddie. It’s a debate as to whether or not this actually made them worse.

Lakers could potentially trade McKinnie for Hutchison and the 2nd if he's worth bringing in. McKinnie's contract is non-guaranteed.
