This report is nonsense. Morey is absolutely calling the shots. If you guys know Morey he doesn’t even value the draft the way other GMs do. Prior to coming to the Sixers last year, his last number one draft pick with Houston was Sam Dekker in 2015. Picks are assets he uses in trades, not to actually make the picks.

Also, does it make sense for the Sixers to be pushing for picks when Embiid’s window is now? This is all smoke to keep Simmons lines open while wasting time for the Dame and Beal shit to develop or die.
