shiiiiit. That is no worse then we are doing now. Gotta try something different. Not sure Fangio is gonna have a “ton” of power in player management. He has already stated decisions on Simmons and Miller will be up to the new GM.

I'm fine with this move. The other plus of this we'll find were our issues really lie within org. PS why isn't Brittany involved in GM search? Isn't this learning on the job? Do you think Broncos will be sold? As far as GM I hope he does have full power to make decisions. I'm glad NFL gave a deadline for ownership.

I really have no favorites. GM isn’t like a HC or scouting the draft to me. I don’t know enough about unproven GM’s to really have an opinion. I just hopes for the best. Unless proven I feel it is hard to really know as these unproven guys are all behind the scenes. I want someone smart who can make good decisions without Elway telling them what to do.
