Medicine Hat, AB — The Medicine Hat Tigers are excited to announce that they’ve won the 1st overall pick in this year’s upcoming WHL Prospect Draft. The Tigers had six of the 21 balls in the lottery and came away with the top prize.

As expected. None of the games were close. But I'm happy Topper is back for the playoffs. He sure stuck it to his old team in this series.

The big shock is Vancouver leading 3-2 over Everett and up 3-0 after the first period of game 6. Would love to see the Giants hold on and knock Everett out. The Silvertips can now finish last for the next 10 years or so please and thanks. Portland too.

Lysell right behind him at 15 points and Cotton at 13

After his team winning in triple OT on the road to force a deciding game, this guy grabs a beer from a fan and drank it on the way back to the dressing room. It's unclear if he knew the fan or not. Even though they were on the road in Halifax, this group of fans seemed pretty friendly with him and his teammates.
