Nets with more than likely wins at home against new york, portland, Charlotte, detroit, houston, Cleveland, and indy. They probably win 1 of the games at least at home vs dallas, utah, and milwaukee

They likely beat orlando and new york away from home then probably win 2 of 3 on the road vs Memphis, Miami, and Atlanta

They should end up 44-46 wins which should put them in 8th solidly

Outside of always supporting brooklyn, this is the 2nd reason I'm their biggest fan for the rest of the year.

Need them to stay 8th and beat Toronto in the play in game so they can end up 7th and play Philly or Milwaukee in round 1

I'm just hoping they don't pass us.

The only scenario I see where the Nets don’t make the playoffs is if KD tweaks something PLUS they catch an Anti-Vaxx Whammy. Mind you this is handicapped with a non-100% KD.
Raptors finish 7 in the standings. Nets would be the road team but Kyrie can’t play in Canada. So now they play the 9-10 game winner at home no Kyrie again and they catch the Hawks. The Hawks are a team that can be great offensively and streaky. If they win that 9-10 game with the right match up and Trae Young in a zone (Charlotte - Brooklyn road and two subpar Ds).

I would handicap this possibility at around 2-5% chance. So yeah…Nets are gonna make the playoffs.

Let’s be real. James Harden isn’t going to end that talk about him or even post a “piece of evidence” against that narrative in a regular season game. If he had a 30 point triple double last night and the Sixers won the talk would be “well, wait until the playoffs roll around.” Harden Embiid Doc etc are writing their legacy in the playoffs not on March 10th.

Shit, in a series, the Sixers just have to split at home. No Kyrie in Brooklyn and they will have Hack a Ben to deal with.

That is some of it. But I don't think it's as much of that as you want it to be.

If I'm a Sixers fan who follows the game, I'm a little worried right now. This was a chance for Harden to step up and create some pushback against the "he comes up small in big games" narrative and he shit down his leg.

as for the game- philly just laid a stinker.

So many good teams in the East- and a lot will depend on matchups.

For the Cavs- i dont give them much of a prayer vs. any of the top teams- but Id hate for them to play philly since thats a bad matchup for them. Like the Bucks seems like a much better matchup. Its the same for a lot of teams.

Want to see us play them at home before I pass judgement on that matchup (preferably with Allen).

Cavs sure seem to be the team to play if you want your injured/ill guys to get back.

I'm wondering if Garland plays or if he is saved for the Bulls tomorrow......maybe he can go back-to-back now but haven't heard.

Helluva win by the Warriors last night. The Warriors struggle against elite bigs like Jokic but Looney did a really commendable job on him last night. Steph and JP lead the way. Kuminga is coming into his own and he's still only 19. Draymond should be back on Monday with enough time to get the rotations and chemistry in order. Wiseman played his first competitive basketball game last night in Santa Cruz in just about a year and had 18 pts (7/13) and 6 boards in 20 minutes.

Good signs as the Warriors prepare for the playoffs. If we get healthy and get right they're as dangerous as anyone in the NBA to challenge for the title.
