Does LeBron have a NTC or not?

I just watched 3 different reporters on Around the Horn say he does.

But, everything I've read explicitly says he does not.

Is it one of those you can't trade him without permission with 1 year left situations?

I thought that was only for guys who sign 1 year deals or have a player option.

I watched 3 games, the last being a week ago when they were eliminated by Westlake.

It didn't go well.

My guy Jason Preston is the exception, not the rule. But, he went from scoring 2ppg as a Senior in High School to being a Tournament darling and a early 2nd round pick.

According to ESPN, it looks like the schools on his list are Duke, Kansas, Kentucky and UCLA. Of those, it looks like only Kentucky has offered so far. UCLA would make sense since they live in LA.

I was hoping for January in the summer but with how good the heat been, there was no need to rush him back. Late feb/early March return work out just fine
