Davis out at least 4 weeks.

LeBron has to be kicking himself that next year is guaranteed and not a player option.
Maybe the Lakers would be interested in a sign and trade for Kevin Love. That Love Westbrook pairing would revolutionize the league.

I can see the Bulls falling to the 5 or 6. Their schedule after the break is bad.

VS ATL
VS MEM
AT MIA
AT ATL
VS MIL
AT PHI

Go on a quick 3 game western trip that includes games in Phoenix and Utah

Play Milwaukee 3x and Miami 2x
That puts the Nets back in play at that 4-5 line with your Heat.

I thought Cincinnati claimed to be the Queen City.

Thought it was San Francisco.

It's AD. He'll be out at least 6
Looks like the tag team of Dwight Howard & DeAndre Jordan will see a significant increase in minutes now.
If AD's rest & rehab treatment only takes 3-4 weeks, instead of 6 or more, consider yourselves very fortunate.

Yup.

Get Beal and KCP or Kuzma for him.
lol....Beal and Kuzma for AD

so what would that be in the end?

The Lakers would have dealt Ball, Ingram, multiple first round picks and picks swaps, Josh Hart, Montrezel, another first round pick, and KCP- for the right to give Bradley Beal 250 million over 5 years and Russel Westbrook? yikes.

This marks Harris last chance with the Sixers. I’m a guy who thinks he can really get unlocked with Harden so there’s some hope there it can happen. But he becomes the piece that will get moved if after this season the Sixers assess that they need more.
2 years left at shade under 80 million due to Harris left...........hmmm.......

without any picks to sweeten a deal I wonder what a Harris trade would look like.....if its even possible.

trading him into cap space has to be basically impossible unless something really nice was attached.

That is why I think Embiid will get it.

If it is close, benefit of the doubt goes to the player who hasn’t won it.

It is very close between Embiid and Jokic.

DeRozan just not on that level as a candidate.
I agree. The fact that he has never won it and that the media has already pretty much crowned him MVP gives the nod to Embiid in a close race. I have no problem with that.

I may be a Derozen Homer vicariously myself as my best friend moved here from Chicago about 10 years ago. We watch a lot of Bulls games together lol

I have just been really impressed with him this year, the way he destroys teams in the mid-range and closes out games in the end. He reminds me a lot of you-know-who offensively from back in 96-98. I know that's sacrilege, but it's what I'm seeing night in and night out.

Let’s be honest too. If Embiid doesn’t get hurt, Embiid is MVP last year. It was a close vote and missing games was held against him.

Jokic and Embiid are basically dead even.

They were last year too.

Jokic got it last year because he played more games. Embiid will probably get it this year because Jokic got it last.

But pretending like it was an open and shut case last year barring Embiid injury is not fair to Jokic. He is a spectacular player who has had 2 great, MVP level seasons in a row.

He’s a great player. But the other guy is a great player at both ends of the floor.
