Lol Jazz. What a bad loss.

And Russ actually coming up clutch with the FTs. :suds:

He has actually played well the last couple of games. If he can play like that the rest of the way (a huge IF) and if AD can get back quickly from that ankle and stay healthy (another huge IF) ...they might actually have something.

Not holding my breath on either if. lol

It is absolutely crazy that the Lakers played 58 games and Kendrick Nunn missed all of them due to a "bone bruise"

And he's not expected to be back until late March. I know a deep bone bruise can take a long time to heal. But I've never heard of one lasting this long.

Yo, if LeBron wants to prove how much he really wants to win, go sign Enes Kanter.

Thompson going to the Bulls and y'all clearly need a big.
Yah I saw that. Bulls definitely have a bigger role for him than the Cavs would with the Cavs having Mobley, Allen, Love, Markkanen.

Bulls are light on front court depth for sure. Once he gets going he will probably see some decent minutes there.

"Known Tristan for years. Great dude," Bulls All-Star DeMar DeRozan said following Wednesday's game. "Championship experience. Good friend of mine. Got the utmost respect for him off the court. Obviously, we all know what he brings on the court. So, I think this will be a great addition for us. What he's able to bring, veteran leadership, understanding what it takes to win a championship."

A bad sprain can still be six weeks. We saw this with LeBron last year

Yeah i don't know where DJ getting 2 weeks from. That looked like a 4 week injury at minimum. 2 weeks which means only missing 1 week of games would be stunning

uhhhhh...

when you hear "at least 2 weeks" and the words "Anthony Davis" used in the same sentence when describing an injury- where does your mind go?

dont be surprised when the league re-starts if you see someone in LeBron's #23 jersey that looks suspiciously like LaMar Stevens and LeBron decides to just stay in Cleveland. lol.

This morning on ESPN they said 2 weeks minimum, he's supposed to be re-evaluated after the All-Star game. I have extensive personal experience with sprained ankles. The main thing is whether it's a "high ankle sprain" or not. High ankle sprains take longer to heal...those are the ones that can take 6 weeks or more. I only ever had one high ankle sprain and those fucking suuuuuuck.

The way his ankle rolled looked more like a regular ankle sprin to me. 2 weeks is possible, but he rolled it pretty good (ankle actually touched the court)...My guess is that it'll be closer to 3 weeks, maybe 4...it all depends on how quickly they can get the swelling down. He can get pretty much 24 hour treatment which will also help.

If I'm right about the sprain, once it gets past 2 weeks, it will depend on his pain tolerance as far as how quickly he can get back. I'm saying 3-4 weeks because he doesn't exactly seem like Kobe when it comes to pain tolerance. lol

Yeah I agree. MRI will confirm the length of time and how bad the ankle is. 3-4 weeks sounds more like it. 6 weeks would he crushing

Markkarnen had something that looked very similiar and he has missed well over a month. He should be back next week though it looks like.
