I was comparing Jokic & Embiid's stats this season. You refuse to acknowledge that. Instead you keep talking about the Jokic/Morris incident.

I'm pretty tired of hearing about Jokic is being disrespected all the time. He's the REIGNING MVP. He's 2nd in the league in odds to win the MVP again this year. Where is all this disrespect he's getting? Because some people think that 1 other player is better than him?

IMO, his actions towards Morris should automatically disqualify him for this year.

Jokic did have a better season last year, the numbers prove it. He played every game. Led the league in double-doubles. And was second in trip-dubs. And while Jokic isn't the defender Embiid is Embiid isn't the offensive facilitator Jokic is.

This season Embiid has a better scoring average (29.1 to 26.0) but Jokic averages more rebounds (13.7 to 10.8), more assists (7.8 to 4.4), more steals (1.4 to 0.9) and has a better FG% (.573 to .499). It's even on FT%, .811. And Embiid averages more blocks (1.4 to 0.8)

Jokic also leads Embiid in cheap shots that caused months long injuries to players.

Morris literally thought nothing of the play as he turned around immediately and started walking away casually. If he thought he was doing something cheap, he wouldn't have acted that way.

If some mid tier player did that he would have received a much much longer suspension. And I really don't think the league wants Jokic to win MVP and have Morris griping about it.

Draymond Green pointed out that NJ's defense sucked. To NJ's credit he listened to what Green said and has improved his D this season compared to previous seasons. He's not exactly the slouch he was in the past. Embiid's obviously a helluva lot better of a defender. But I like watching both play.
