And fanboys like yourself that blindly support the home team are as well. I think I'll nickname you "Skip"...
I’m not a fan of either team, Both are deserving but Embiid gets the edge for me.

I will settle this. Award should go to Lebron for putting up amazing stats at his old age and having to deal with Westbrick. That was easy

Lakers guy who thinks they'll get something gifted to them to fix their mess this offseason is calling others fanboys. Love it.

Yep. Without LeBron, they would have been a Double Secret Probation Lottery Team without a pick instead of just a lottery team without a pick.

IF they can stay healthy, big if with Kawhi. Without him they have nothing. Looking at their roster next season they have a really nice mix of veterans and young players. Plus, those young players all got experience this year so that is a huge plus. They need some big men though even if they do play a ton of wings.

All other trade scenarios save one (that would be RW and a one for Jerami Grant in Detroit) are disintegrating rapidly mainly due to Team Rambi's decision and probably Pelinka's two cents that the Lakers are not interested in trading for players with injury histories when it comes to moving Westbrook. So that leaves the Indiana trade of Hield and Brogden and probably a first for RW or the Detroit trade.

You may finally get your wish DJ here in the near future.

If they don’t want hayward they probably also don’t want brogdon.

And any Russ trade is likely gonna involve picks unless their gm is brain dead

Just saying that should cost the team draft picks. It makes a mockery of the league, intentionally putting inferior talent on the court with the intent to lose. The OKC franchise should be renamed the Generals.

It certainly makes the dolphins owner blush lol

I agree, all three are deserving. But in a statistic anomaly year, that's likely the edge (just like Russ' win).

For sure, picks will be included. Brogdon never had the severity of injury that Hayward endured. That said, if he gets a relatively clean bill of health this summer, I wouldn't close the door on Hayward talks. He'd be a solid fit with Lebron and AD so long as he can stay healthy.

Their depth is a strength, and I think their bigs (Zubac and Hartenstein) are at least sufficient. Covington and Hartenstein are FAs, and Hartenstein could be offered more elsewhere (non-Bird, limited raise available from the Clips, just like Monk with the Lakers). Hartenstein isn't necessarily a hot commodity, but he's worth more than his $1.7M in free agency most likely. Rodney Hood is likely gone though. Offseason needs are a backup PG and potentially a backup C in my opinion.
