They don’t know to be honest . This one is much milder almost no symptoms

Twice??? How long between infections? So the antibodies don’t last, huh? That’s disappointing. I had it a few months ago and was hoping I was good to go for awhile. Also, why did you get tested again? Symptoms Or precaution?

The wife has had C-19 and I have not all though I have never tested but have shown zero symptoms. There has been very little helpful insight.

OMG, say it ain't so! You just told me recently that you were feeling fine so this is shocking. Even though your symptoms are milder this time I hope you will be totally well soon. The year of 2020 has sucked in many ways and if I remember correctly you lost both your mother-in-law and your dad this year too. Let's hope that 2021 will be a much better year for all of us.

thats true but i had had no symptoms for just about 3 months then my wife comes home with it and then i get symptoms about a week later . so i strongly believe i was reinfected but i could be getting a positive from the previous one . i cant tell you that isnt possible

I understand there are multiple strains and it could be possible you contracted the ‘milder’ form which I think I read had mutated and was even more infectious than the original strain.

My point is, if you can catch it a second time, then doesn’t it make sense that the vaccine will also become moot in the same timeframe?

So what is the point in taking the vaccine?
