Cavs seem to really like Deni too but from rumors if Deni goes 1-4 they would gladly take Toppin. Not sure what to think of either prospect tbh. I think if they were to move Love, Toppin makes a lot of sense. I think Deni is more of a risk but I think he would flourish in a great system and with stars like in GS.

Noise of the Bulls and W's making a trade of draft pick positioning.
More Noise about the Bulls making a deal for Kemba Walker with the C's

My bad....#8, #23 and Mitchell Robinson for the #3 pick. FORGOT TO add the 8th pick. That would have been robbery.

LOL.

Yeah about to say Robinson and 8 could move up to 3, like you said, might have to add 23.

NY needs a difference maker though and LaMelo is that guy...unfortunately I think he goes #1 even though that Russell-Ball defense is going to be brutal. If the Wolves take Edwards...that would be the perfect time for New York to make a deal up to 3.

Think Minny takes Edwards personally.

Hmmm that's interesting. I did hear the Bulls don't like the fit of Markkanen and Carter.

I feel Deni is a risk but for the W's it's less of a risk...definitely makes sense. They get their center and they get a guy they seem to cherish skill wise.

Only question is why would they trade up two spots and give up on a young player...they must really want Wiseman bad.
to be honest the more I look into Wiseman and his game I’m more sold that he’s the guy for the Ws at 2. On top of that if the Warriors eventually want to make a splash in the trade market, Wiseman will likely still retain a lot of value as a big. Have to consider this as well.

My top 5 (how I think the draft goes):
1. MIN - Ball
2. GS - Wiseman
3. CHA - Edwards
4. CHI - Williams
5. CLE - Toppin

My top 5(how I think it SHOULD go, fit, needs, etc.):
1. MIN - Edwards
2. GS - Wiseman
3. NY via CHA - Ball (NY trades Robinson, #8 and future 1st to CHA for #3)
4. CHI - Avdija
5. CLE - Okoro

They should. Ball-Russell backcourt defense is awful, Russell needs the ball in his hands---Edwards is a better fit imo

My guess based on what ESPN and others are saying, but NBA draft no different than NFL.....If they wanted to, ESPN could convince fans Wesson will/should be a top 5 pick.

Yeah it would be great but I also think it is a nice fit with Barrett. NY needs to do everything they can to get LaMelo and LaVar in the spotlight...then trade for Lonzo to be his backup LOL

Sounds like the Knicks are trying to trade up to 5 and they LOVE Toppin. Knicks President is Leon Rose. He was a high-powered agent at CAA before joining Knicks. CAA represents Obi Toppin.

Wouldn't be opposed to trading back to 7 bc I like Okoro or Vassell just as much as anyone for the Cavs fit

IF the Cavs feel the same way definitely makes sense to trade back to 8.

I like Vassell too for your team. Think he'd fit well as a wing.

Yesterday I tried to place some bets on where guys were going to be drafted and they went to "pending bets" and eventually were pulled from the site. The one I saw was Vassell over under 12.5. I tried to go big on a bet for under and that shit was pulled. Think he's solidly in the top 10.

Never thought of that. Now I really want the Brickabockers to draft LaMelo B. Ballin'. And make sure Papa Ball has courtside seats right next to Spike Lee.

This one is all over the place. Has Wiseman going 1, Ball 2 and Edwards 3. Has Avdija going 11 to the Spurs. Aaron Nesmith all the way at 26 to Boston.

The Cavs should trade that # 5 pick to the Celtics for the # 26, 30 & 47 picks.

Am I being a biased homer right now? Hell yeah!

I don't see Wiseman going 1 unless another team trades to #1...that really doesn't make sense.

Also saw this...

I’m told Golden State would prefer to add a veteran rotation player and move back in the lottery in exchange for this pick, with Andrew Wiggins and his massive salary a candidate to move elsewhere to make money work. They are certainly comfortable picking further down based on the players they’ve worked out. The most logical trade partners here are San Antonio and Detroit: Both can use a long-term center in Wiseman, have lottery picks to send back, and can offer All-Star-caliber bigs (albeit aging ones) in LaMarcus Aldridge or Blake Griffin, respectively.
