As soon as you cross the plane running with the football, it's considered a score. Yet you can catch the football in the endzone, land with two feet, fall to the ground and the ball squirts out and it's not a TD?!?

I did not see that live, but I’m sure the color guy doing the game said it wasn’t called because the defender turned around and looked for the ball.

That's the thing for me, if the defender waits until the ball arrives before trying to knock the ball out, then it's a great play. However, he's holding onto the Eagles receiver and it's not hand fighting lol. What difference does it make if he turns his head around lol.
